I have a friend named Ed. Everyone calls him “Grateful Ed” because he always says how grateful he is to be sober. Last weekend, Jill and I went to Hibbing to see her mother, and as we were traveling down First Avenue we passed a new business. Apparently, my friend Ed isn’t the only “Grateful Ed.”
