Cisco says that even though the source code for its internal secret operating system was stolen, it’s nothing for you to worry about.  Considering that this is coming from a company that had hard-wired passwords in some of its hardware, and who was licensing an insecure “authentication” scheme to other vendors, I would start worrying…
