Wow WW has really dropped the ball on this one. First of all, they don’t sell the fitbit one which is the closest to the activelink in functionality, and the cost is more than twice what the activelink was. I guess that since there won’t be a monthly charge, and they’re giving a 25% discount on fitbits they do carry they think this is OK.
I really don’t want to have to wear one more thing on my wrist. I already wear an Apple watch, and a RoadID. I want to wear my tracker around my neck, out of the way, not my wrist.
Really Weight Watchers, how about some consideration for the customer here?
