One year
After my weigh-in on Thursday, where I was up .2 pounds, my total weight loss for the year staring 2013-01-29 is 65.6 pounds. This stubborn fat seems the hardest to lose, the cooperative fat just seemed to melt off. Only 12.2 pounds to go to get to my goal weight of 174 pounds.Gonna be hard…

Amazingly, my car started this morning in Park Rapids, even though the temperature was -21 F. I spent the day with the foresters, cruised timber with the timber program lead, assisting with a couple of plots; and saw how they work with the data for the timber sales.
