Ingredients 2 English Cucumbers, sliced thin 18 ounces seasoned rice vinegar 3 Tablespoons sugar, Splenda or equavilent ¾ teaspoon red chili flakes 3 shakes toasted sesame oil Method Place sliced cucumbers into 2-quart container.
