I don’t necessarily agree with the ordering that they placed them in, especially since some of them couldn’t exist with their predecessors; and I haven’t seen all of the movies on the list; but I did notice that the original Planet of the Apes movies and Colossus: The Forbin Project weren’t on the list so there could be some disagreement about “Best.”  You can read the Baseline magazine article for yourself to see the commentary about each of the films.
