Customer Service

I thought that this picture, by Phillip Toledano, was an outstanding example of the end of customer service, idea number 2 that self-service has forever changed the way that services are delivered.

It really epitomizes the fact that most self-service makes you feel like you’re standing out in the wind with no one at the other end of the phone line.
