I updated my iPhone to version 2.0 of the software without any difficulty. The phone went through a power cycle while it was connected to the mini, but other than that it went rather well.
I thought it might brick itself for a while there, but it all turned out OK.
I had gone out to Dinner with Darrell and Scott so I must have missed the big wave of people all banging their heads against the server.
