Minneapolis

I went out with some guys (Darrell, Dave N. and Josh R.) for wings at Runyons, to see the movie The Other Guys, then we decided to go for ice cream.

While standing in line we spotted this guy holding a chisel and maul getting a cone with his girl.  What kind of date was that they were having?

Later while standing outside finishing our ice cream I saw two people with white canes arm-in-arm steering each other down Hennepin Avenue to the bus stop.  I’d never before seen a literal example of the blind leading the blind.

What is it about Minneapolis that brings out the unusual?  I know I was there too, but honestly; you’d think you were in Vegas where the weird turn pro…
