Overheard at dinner

We took our son Daniel out to dinner for his 15^th birthday last Saturday.  It seemed to take forever to get a table for six, and were finally seated near the line.  We were talking when I distinctly overheard the sous chef say, "One Pokemon Sorbet."  I know I’m getting old, and my hearing isn’t always great, but it sounds like something I might want to try.  The rest of the family just wrote it off to my regular insanity.  I wonder if it is anything like Smurf sorbet?
