Too much help desk

The following exchange of emails occured at my office this week when my help desk guy sent out the following note:

Matt’s Mail

For the remainder of the day, Lightning and Thunder will be switched.  Any print jobs going to Thunder can be picked up at the machine in Wayne and Sue’s office and any print jobs going to Lightning can be picked up where Dopey used to be.

Eric’s Response

Does anyone else think that if one would forward Matthew’s e-mail to anyone outside the Company, they may have a curiosity about what exactly is happening at this place?

The following day (2 March) My network administrator sent out the following:

The printers Thunder and Lightning have been switched back to their original locations.  Please be aware the Lightning has a malfunctioning control unit.  I have ordered a new network control interface for the printer that should be here tomorrow afternoon.

I hope they get them fixed soon.
