During our Project Manager’s community of practice meeting on Wednesday, we did a White Elephant gift exchange, and one of the prizes was a bag of Miracle Rice, which was described during the meeting as, “Guilt free, calorie free, soy free, and flavor free”; although Shelly did say that she had received it from her sister and had not tried it, but was pretty sure that given the product description that the above would certainly be true.
Now I’ll have to get a bag and see if it is as suspect as it appears. On first blush, it appears to be in the same category as the Arctic Zero Frozen Desserts that we tried earlier this year on recommendation from someone at a Weight Watchers meeting; they didn’t turn out to be too stellar.
