In consumer PCs, HP is still getting punished by Dell, which just reported record numbers.

They don’t work very well, they break more than comparable business PCs and they cost a fortune to repair. It isn’t any wonder that Dell is kicking their ass, taking their lunch money and eating their lunch. Hopefully the company can turn themselves around and produce the same quality that has always dominated their printer division.
